Is there a way to check whether third-party code can be inserted into parts of the ARM CPU architecture from outside? I have the paranoid impression that my MacBook Pro, M2 processor is being manipulated from outside. For example: Safari, when opened, displays pages scaled down without my conscious intervention, when clicked on the original size it scales back to normal for a short time and then implodes again; I use the navigation bar on the left excessively, it is my most important tool in Safari, today it was impossible to insert a link using drag & drop, the bar scrolls up or down very quickly; a behavior that I only know from Intel processors. For example, notes, I encrypted an important note, no problem even though photos and links are inserted, yesterday I could no longer open the note, neither on the MacBook Pro nor on the iPhone. When opening the notes app in the terminal on the MacBook Pro, an EXEC_CRASH report was generated. I have a terrible suspicion that the Apple branch in Munich is tampering with the devices and software of users in Germany. Sorry, I'm a big fan of Apple and its products, but this is very spooky. I just wanted to share my distrust with you!

Vendor analysis: 8K60 shows no image; switching to 30 Hz works normally → After analysis, we found that the 8K60 timing output from the MacBook is incorrect. The horizontal blanking (H-CBlanking) is too small to accommodate the audio data, so the RTD2191E does not output video to the monitor. → This issue does not occur on Windows platforms, confirming that this is a host-side issue.

Enrolled via website for the apple developer account last Jan. 17 and got the e-invoice last Jan. 19. However, until now I still have not received any confirmation from Apple. I thought it was supposed to be 48hrs max only? Worth noting that I started the process in the developer app but had to withdraw it due to incorrect details but when I tried to enroll again, the button was disabled already so I had to do it via website. I also submitted 2 support tickets, one on Jan. 18 and one today, Jan. 20. Both no reply. Anyone else here had the same problem or knows the solution?

I set iOS 26 to install overnight, put my iPhone 16 Pro on the MagSafe charger, watched it charge just fine, and went to sleep. When I woke up the iPhone showed the “plug into power” dead battery screen. I took it off MagSafe and put it back on. A half hour later the phone was warm but still wouldn’t power on, just showed the battery screen with a little red in it. I took it off MagSafe and plugged it into my iPad charging brick with USB cable to give it more power, still it did not turn on. I tried holding all the buttons to try to force a restart but didn’t work. For anyone else encountering this, do this to enter DFU mode and restore it. I had to do it a few times before I got the timing right. Plug into your Mac and open Finder (or apparently a PC with Apple Devices or iTunes) Press and quickly release volume up Press and quickly release volume down Press and hold right side button When the battery disappears and screen goes black, hold volume down and continue holding side button After a couple seconds release the side button and continue holding volume down A prompt to allow connecting to the iPhone should appear after a couple seconds, click Allow, and it’ll say the iPhone entered DFU mode - proceed to restore the firmware

So, I'm new to Swift, but I'm trying to get my app idea off the ground and am trying to find a way to create the main module of the app - two users see in real time, where the other one touches their screen. So, each of them see a red dot light up on their screen wherever the other one touched it. Ideally dot should change in diameter based on the pressure of the touch.

When I try to create a post in Apple Support Community, it forces me to create a new account (for some supersmart reason because my apple account is apparently not enough). In this process, I am required to pick a new username and choose my communications preferences. The next screen? 403 Forbidden Error page.

Hello. I’m on iOS 26. I’m very protective over my children’s phone and use screen time religiously. ios 26 does have delete history grayed out , but there’s a glitch! You’re able to swipe and delete history under the bookmarks history and tabs section. Also if you type in a website like Walmart, it will bring it up and then allow you to swipe to the left and hit the red delete history and it shows up nowhere in your history! please help me find a fix for this!! i do allow safari but definitely want to be able to check the websites being viewed!!! also - iOS 26 does not let u block apple.comunder your not allowed websites. Which means they can now use Apple Maps and third party browser on Apple.com for example under the simple weather app before I had Apple blocked to where none of this could be accessed through stock apple apps! i appreciate any help!!!

But this GUI Glitch makes the otherwise very high-quality tvOS GUI appear very unprofessional. Could you please help me? 🤔

However, in the latest release of iOS 18, the provided document fails to render even at the CGPDFDocument level. Our analysis suggests that the issue may stem from the embedded custom fonts not being correctly processed in this version of the iOS platform. This appears to be consistent with several other reports and discussions around font rendering problems introduced in iOS 18, particularly involving subset fonts. We’ve attached a collection of relevant community threads and references, including: Apple Developer Discussion: Subset Font Rendering Issue in iOS 18 Given that our implementation is tightly coupled with Apple’s native PDF rendering APIs, this issue presents a blocking limitation for us. I have an app with a small but devoted following. It has not been upgraded since 2022 and has been working very well. On iOS 26 it crashes almost at startup. After hooking up to Xcode and running I get this message in the console: objc[64686]: Class PSSegment is implemented in both /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/PolarisGraph.framework/PolarisGraph (0x291ed9f78) and /private/var/containers/Bundle/Application/08486FCF-548A-467C-8BA3-D722734463FC/HikeTracker.app/HikeTracker.debug.dylib (0x101d309e8). This may cause spurious casting failures and mysterious crashes. One of the duplicates must be removed or renamed. PSSegment is the name of an entity in my Core Data managed object model. If I refactor it to P_Segment the app starts. PolarisGraph means nothing to me. The "PS" stands for Persistent Store, but in this case it seems that PolarisGraph is PSing in my sandbox. Hey everyone. Ever since installed OS26 (and 26.1 now) - whenever I fast play any video on 1.25x, 1.5x, 2x on the AppleTV - the audio gets massively distorted on HomePods. Be it on YouTube, Difuse, or any supporting app. I even tried mirroring from iPhone -same issue. Anyone else experiencing the same? I noticed no posts about troubleshooting.

I am trying to create a new app using IOS-26.1, macOS Tahoe 26.1 and Xcode 26.1 with Swift6. Is this a bug that is going to be addressed.
