Notice of Termination

I received your email this morning regarding the immediate termination of our Apple Developer Program License Agreement and Apple Developer Agreement, citing alleged fraudulent behavior and violation of certain terms. Can't change phone number for my Apple Developer account
Hello. I've moved from France to the UK a year ago and submitted changes regarding my new address and phone number. After several months, my phone number was reverted to the old French one (which I no longer have access to). Since then, I've been trying to update it, submitting numerous support tickets, but have gotten nowhere. Support isn't helpful; they are misunderstanding the Apple Developer phone number with my iCloud number, suggesting I update it myself in the iCloud settings (which is not related at all). One of the tickets was escalated to senior developer support, but I received the same reply: to update the number myself in my iCloud settings (which, again, is not relevant). I log in to my account using a passkey, but I'm still afraid of losing access to my account at any time. Since support is ghosting me, I don't have any other choice left rather but to ask for help here. My ticket number is 102519091037.

Leave business account and return to individual
Years ago, I created a business account within the Apple Developer Program. The business has since been dissolved. How can I return to an individual account to publish new applications? Sticking with the old organization seems problematic due to tax info, etc. being invalid. Apple Support told me that I'd need to create a new Apple ID account but this seems equally troublesome. I'm sure I'm not the first face this situation.

New Trouble with Over-the-Air Installs
All of a sudden my apps made with my client's Enterprise account won't launch when downloaded over-the-air on iOS 17+, but WILL launch when installed over a wire. The usual 'trust' mechanism found under Settings>General>VPS and Device Management seems not to be available for over-the-air downloads. But it is available for over-a-wire sideloads! This seems not to be an issue with iOS 15+ Does anyone here know what to do about this? Thanks, Craig Umanoff

There is a problem installing the iwatch app. It has been installing
We have recently developed the iwatch app. We will package the APP + iwatch app and publish it in testfight for test download. However, we often find that after the mobile app is downloaded, the iwatch app is also on the iwatch System application inside display. Click install is always in the installation. It has not been installed. Especially when the phone we tested is paired with several watches. Or delete the mobile APP and download it again to recover. But some situations still cannot be recovered. May I ask why it is always installed? We have confirmed that there is no problem with the network, and the pairing connection between the watch and the mobile phone is normal. This problem has caused us a lot of trouble. unable to enroll in Apple Developer Program
I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m getting an error: "There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue. Please contact support." How can I complete my enrollment? When I try to contact support via Email, it necessary to select an organization. However, I have already joined two different organizations, but they are not mine. Without selecting an organization, I can't proceed. Does anyone know a solution for this? Thank you!

Apple Developer Program Enrollment keep cancelling my payment after 1 day
Hi guys, we are from australia, we applied apple developer program enrolment since dec 2024, and we are stuck in a loophole that after we pay the AUD$149 for the developer program, which reflect in the bank immediately, but it will show cancelled status next day, and the bank will get bounced back $149 in several days anyone can help? We tried 6 cards, Mastercard, Visa, Prepaid, Amex, Credit card and Debit card, under different names but they are all Australian card. We emailed apple support team and we experienced 7+ agents who can't really help us and we enrolled 5+ times on both iPhone and Mac, developer app and web and everytime the results are the same!

Issue with Apple Developer Program Enrollment
I’m experiencing a serious issue with my enrollment in the Apple Developer Program. I have been waiting for weeks with no response from Apple Support. Despite sending two emails (and now a 3rd) in an attempt to get a reply, I still haven’t heard back, even though I have completed all the necessary steps and received confirmation that my enrollment process has started. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? If so, how did you manage to resolve it, or do you have any advice on how I can get Apple to respond and take action? Unable to log into Developer Account
Beginning yesterday and still continuing when I go to log into my developer account (both iOS and OS X) I am presented with a new Terms and Agreement page. The agreement is not displayed, I am unable to download the PDF and when I check the Agree box then Submit it returns me to the same page. I am unable to contact support as all of the links are invalid or I get kept being sent back tot eh Terms & Agreement page.How do I get out of this black hole?

Cannot Create Identifiers – “+” Button Missing on Identifiers Page
I'm currently unable to create new identifiers in the Apple Developer portal at this URL: https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/list The “+” button that should appear to create a new identifier is missing entirely from the page. What’s odd is that another team member (with the same access level and role under the same team) can see and use the button without any issues. So this doesn't appear to be a permissions-related problem. I’ve already tried: Logging out and back in Clearing browser cache Using different browsers (Safari, Chrome) Using Incognito/Private mode Still no luck. Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it? Thanks in advance.

Urgent: Developer Account Locked After Payment – No Access or Refund
