What may be the reason for this issue, i'm not sure with that i've reached to developer support several times and also raised a ticket to operations team its been 3 weeks that my issue is not sorted or resolved yet, i can't understand what may be the reason for this issue, anyone faced the same if yes how its resolved??

I am now on Day 5 of waiting for our Apple Developer Program approval, and despite multiple attempts to get an update, I have received no meaningful response from Apple. I have: ✅ Successfully paid membership fee and received invoice for same ✅ Reached out via support tickets, but got 0 replies. This delay is unreasonable and impacting my work. I am prepared to launch a critical app that aligns with Apple’s ecosystem and guidelines, but Apple’s lack of communication is preventing me from moving forward. After lot of hard work and resources I have completed app development and set up other processes for marketing. I demand a real update from an Apple Developer Program representative today. • Not silence. • A direct response with a timeline for approval. Apple claims to support developers, but these excessive delays and lack of transparency tell a different story. If there is a legitimate issue, I expect clear communication. Our company is working on Smartphone integration - CarPlay, because of that we need to access MFi for some certification. I went through the enrollment, but the payment gets stuck after confirmation and after some minutes it tells me it takes very long time to proceed. How can I enroll for MFi?

A few days later, I got another email After several attempts, we're unable to collect payment using the payment method you provided to renew your Apple Developer Program membership. Your access to the Apple Developer Program has been disabled. At https://developer.apple.com/account, It displays a button with "Enroll today" instead of "Renew membership". Hi everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with my enrollment process. I initiated three payments on the following dates: February 12, 2025: Payment attempted, received an “Order acknowledgment” email, but the amount wasn’t deducted. February 19, 2025: Reattempted payment with the same outcome. February 25, 2025: Tried again, and still no deduction from my account. I’ve contacted support (Case ID: 102538526682), but haven’t received any response. This situation affects my production process, and I’m growing increasingly concerned. For un unknown reason, my Apple ID has been blocked. Since I can not connect anymore to my developer account ! I've asked to unblock it (iforgot.apple.com) but according to support the unblock sequence is not send because this Apple ID is in used. I need help to unblock my ID in order to manage my app.... note : I use an another account to post this messages.

Hi. For over 1.5 months, I am trying to opt in apple developer program for my company. Couple of times, I got informed that I have missing documents like shown below. • Applicant’s employment verification • Applicant’s employee badge or business card • Business documents for COMPANY_NAME I have provided employment verification and business documents, but I don't have any employee badge or business card so instead, I've provided my own id card's photo. Apple keeps sending me same email regarding missing documents. What I am missing here? What should I do if i don't have employee badge or business card? Thank you

When we initiated the app transfer, we were eligible for app transfer and it was transferred as well. But App's bundle identifiers are not transferred yet which is blocking to push new updates. We contacted various time to apple, but we get similar responses. What may be the exact reason that is blocking to transfer the app bundle identifiers. However, app has already been transferred and active from recipient developer account.

I have been invited to teams I can navigate things at https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ smoothly. But https://developer.apple.com/account does not show teams and don't have access to https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/. Thus my Xcode not showing teams too.

Hello, I've noticed that many people on the forum are experiencing issues enrolling in the Apple Developer Program. I’m facing the same problem—I can't complete my enrollment using my MacBook Pro. When I try to enroll through the Apple Developer app, I get an error saying, "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple ID." So, I tried using Safari instead. I submitted all my personal information and credit card details and initiated the order. However, no transaction was processed from my bank account, and I received an email stating that I would be notified when my order and items are ready. When I check the Apple Developer portal, my enrollment status is Pending, and I see a message prompting me to complete the purchase, as if I need to make a new payment. I don’t understand why Apple makes it so complicated just to subscribe to the Developer Program. Why can’t I use my MacBook Pro for enrollment? Why does the Developer portal ask me to complete the purchase even though I already submitted my payment details? Why is the process so confusing? I am currently developing an Apple MDM solution as a vendor and have successfully obtained the Vendor Certificate from the Apple Developer Portal. I enrolled to the apple developer account more than one week ago. Nothing! After 3 or 4 emails to support I received an email with steps I should perform from the iPhone app. I did so, my money was charged and ... nothing. My enrollment has been withdrawn no activation nothing. I made another request (although I am not sure that it is ok). Can somebody help me?

Hey everyone, I'm facing a major issue. I enrolled in the Apple Developer program, but when I logged into the Developer app on my personal phone (which is linked to my personal Apple ID), the subscription got transferred to my personal account.

We applied for the Apple Developer Program more than two weeks ago, and our application is completely stuck with no updates or clear next steps. Despite providing all required documents (Company registration, D-U-N-S number, ID verification, etc. and several times !), we are still waiting for approval, while there is nothing complicated (EU citizens, UK company) We've reached out multiple times to Apple Support but have received no concrete answers or timeline for when our application will be reviewed. Meanwhile, we have successfully completed similar processes with Google, Meta, and financial institutions like banks or PSP, all within 48h ! How can a company like Apple treat its partners this way? The lack of transparency in the approval process is frustrating and severely impacts our timeline.
