Hey there, I used our team's account to configure sign in with Apple, the mode is pop up, my clientId scope redirectUrl state are both correct. I got Failed to verify your identity. Try again., actually my account is valid because I can login to my mac and every apple website. I have tried many apple accounts and still got this error. That was so weird, I didn't find a solution online. Pls help me thanks.

I'm trying to send emails to private relay service addresses using AWS SES and emails are not received. My emails are sent from dev@mydomain.fr and I've set a custom FROM domain of mail.mydomain.fr. I've added both domains and the dev@mydomain.fr adress to the "Certificates, Identifies & Profiles" section. I've set up DKIM and SPF for both.
Attached a redacted version of email headers.

I've come across strange behavior with the userID property on the returned credential from a passkey attestation.
When performing a cross-device passkey assertion between iOS and Android by scanning the generated QR code on my iPhone with an Android device the returned credential object contains an empty userID.
This does not happen when performing an on device or cross-device assertion using two iPhones.
Is this expected behavior, or is there something I'm missing here? I couldn't find any more information on this in the documentation.

Hi, preivously on appleid.apple.com, navigating to this page on safari would show the in-app modal to continue with Apple.
Now with account.apple.com, this is not the case. We are not seeing the in-app modal to continue with Apple

I would like to confirm about fraud prevention using Device Check when publishing multiple apps.
If the Team ID and Key ID are the same, will the values be shared across all apps with Device Check?
With Device Check, only two keys can be created per developer account, and these two are primarily intended for key renewal in case of a leak, rather than for assigning different keys to each app, correct?
If both 1 and 2 are correct, does that mean that Device Check should not be used to manage "one-time-only rewards per device" when offering them across multiple apps?
Thank you very much for your confirmation.
Hi Apple Developer Team,
I am encountering an issue with the “Sign in with Apple” feature. While implementing this functionality in my dotnet application, I noticed that the user’s first name and last name are not being returned, even though I have explicitly requested the name scope. However, the email and other requested information are returned successfully.
Here are the details of my implementation: 1. Scope Requested: name, email 2. Response Received: Email and other data are present, but fullName is missing or null. 3. Expected Behavior: I expected to receive the user’s first and last name as per the fullName scope.
I have verified the implementation and ensured that the correct scopes are being passed in the request.
Could you please help clarify the following? 1. Are there specific conditions under which Apple may not return the user’s fullName despite the scope being requested? 2. Is there a recommended approach or fallback mechanism to handle this scenario? 3. Could this behavior be related to a limitation or change in the API, or might it be an issue on my end?
I also came to know that for initial sign in the user details will be displayed in the signin-apple payload as Form data but how do I fetch those form-data from the signin-apple request, please suggest
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or solutions to resolve this issue.
Thank you for your support!
An ITMS-91061: Missing privacy manifest rejection email looks as follows:
ITMS-91061: Missing privacy manifest- Your app includes
"<path/to/SDK>", which includes , an SDK that was identified in the documentation as a privacy-impacting third-party SDK. Starting February 12, 2025, if a new app includes a privacy-impacting SDK, or an app update adds a new privacy-impacting SDK, the SDK must include a privacy manifest file. Please contact the provider of the SDK that includes this file to get an updated SDK version with a privacy manifest. For more details about this policy, including a list of SDKs that are required to include signatures and manifests, visit: https://developer.apple.com/support/third-party-SDK-requirements.
Glossary
ITMS-91061: Missing privacy manifest: An email that includes the name and path of privacy-impacting SDK(s) with no privacy manifest files in your app bundle. For more information, see https://developer.apple.com/support/third-party-SDK-requirements.
: The specified privacy-impacting SDK that doesn't include a privacy manifest file.
If you are the developer of the rejected app, gather the name of the SDK from the email you received from Apple, then contact the SDK's provider for an updated version that includes a valid privacy manifest. After receiving an updated version of the SDK, verify the SDK includes a valid privacy manifest file at the expected location. For more information, see Adding a privacy manifest to your app or third-party SDK.
If your app includes a privacy manifest file, make sure the file only describes the privacy practices of your app. Do not add the privacy practices of the SDK to your app's privacy manifest.
If the email lists multiple SDKs, repeat the above process for all of them.
If you are the developer of an SDK listed in the email, publish an updated version of your SDK that includes a privacy manifest file with valid keys and values.
Every privacy-impacting SDK must contain a privacy manifest file that only describes its privacy practices.
To learn how to add a valid privacy manifest to your SDK, see the Additional resources section below.

Hello
I'm using Auth0 for handling auth in my app
When the user wants to sign in, it will show the auth system pop-up
And when the user wants to log out it shows the same pop-up
My issue is how to replace the Sign In text in this pop-up to show Sign Out instead of Sign In when the user wants to sign out?
We are currently trying to fix a bug when using SignIn with Apple. It appears that on some occasions we are not receiving a user's profile info (name, email) when a new account is created.
After doing some investigation we believe this bug is due to the same Apple login being used as an already deleted account. ASF only appears to send profile info the very first time an Apple login is used. If that account is deleted and another is created with the same apple login we won't receive the profile info.
As a result we are not in compliance with Apple's guidelines requiring that we use the provided profile info with Apple SigIn, and need to prompt users to enter it again.
Is there a process in place to properly "clear" a user after their account is deleted in our system, so that the next time a user creates an account with the same Apple login, we receive their profile info again?
Without developer mode, I was able to get Password AutoFill to work in my SwiftUI app with my local Vapor server using ngrok and adding the Associated Domains capability with the value webcredentials:....ngrok-free.app and the respective apple-app-site-association file on my local server in /.well-known/. (works on device, but not in the simulator).
However, if I use the developer mode (webcredentials:....ngrok-free.app?mode=developer) it only works halfway when running from Xcode: I get asked to save the password, but the saved passwords are not picked up, when I try to login again. Neither on device, nor in the simulator. If I remove the ?mode=developer it seems to work as expected.
Is this by design, or am I missing something?
var body: some View {
...
Section(header: Text("Email")) {
TextField("Email", text: $viewModel.credentials.username)
.textContentType(.username)
.autocapitalization(.none)
.keyboardType(.emailAddress)
}
Section(header: Text("Passwort")) {
SecureField("Passwort", text: $viewModel.credentials.password)
.textContentType(.password)
}
...

Developers of our e-shop are preparing to enable Apple Sign In for account login.
Apple ID verification is conducted via the domain appleid.apple.com, and the responses should be coming back from the following two Apple IP addresses:
IPv4 Address: 17.32.194.6
IPv4 Address: 17.32.194.37
Question is whether these addresses are correct and if they remain unchanged over time. Alternatively, it is existing an official list of IP addresses that may be used for Apple Sign In verification response?
This is necessary to ensure precise network communication settings and protection by F5 security solution.
Thanks a lot for answers.
I added a feature to my app that retrieves only app settings (no personal data) from my API hosted on Cloudflare Workers. The app does not send, collect, track, or share any user data, and I do not store or process any personal information.
Technical details such as IP address, user agent, and device information may be automatically transmitted as part of the internet protocol when the request is made, but my app does not log or use them. Cloudflare may collect this information.
Question: Does this count as “data collection” for App Store Connect purposes, or can I select “No Data Collected”?
Hello,
We are working on integrating app integrity verification into our service application, following Apple's App Attest and DeviceCheck guide.
Our server issues a challenge to the client, which then sends the challenge, attestation, and keyId in CBOR format to Apple's App Attest server for verification. However, we are unable to reach both https://attest.apple.com and https://attest.development.apple.com due to network issues.
These attempts have been made from both our internal corporate network and mobile hotspot environments. Despite adjusting DNS settings and other configurations, the issue persists.
Are there alternative methods or solutions to address this problem? Any recommended network configurations or guidelines to successfully connect to Apple's App Attest servers would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
I am implementing Apple Sign-In for a multi-platform application, specifically for the web component using the REST API flow.
I am encountering an invalid_request Invalid web redirect url error when attempting to use a newly registered redirect URL.
Here are the details:
Original Test URL: I initially registered a redirect URL, let's call it [Your Original Test Redirect URL, e.g., https://test.yourdomain.com/auth/callback], for testing purposes. This URL worked correctly.
New Service URL: I then registered a second redirect URL, [Your New Service Redirect URL, e.g., https://www.yourdomain.com/auth/callback], intended for my production service. This URL was registered approximately 5 days ago (including the weekend).
The Problem: The new service URL ([Your New Service Redirect URL]) is still not working and consistently returns the invalid_request Invalid web redirect url error.
Puzzling Behavior: Furthermore, I have since deleted the original test URL ([Your Original Test Redirect URL]) from the Service ID configuration in the Apple Developer portal. However, the deleted test URL still appears to function correctly when I use it.
This situation is highly confusing: The newly registered URL is not working after 5 days, while the URL I have deleted from the configuration is still operational.
The Service ID in question is [Your Service ID, e.g., com.yourdomain.service].
Could you please investigate why the new redirect URL ([Your New Service Redirect URL]) is not becoming active and is returning the invalid_request error, and also explain why the deleted URL ([Your Original Test Redirect URL]) remains functional?
Any guidance or assistance you can provide to resolve this issue with the new URL would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and support.
Sincerely,
I have the exact same problem.
The newly registered URL is not working after 5 days, while the URL I have deleted from the configuration is still operational.
In addition to the above problem, I also get a response of 'invalid_client' when I newly register a service in configuration.
Please check it out as it needs to be resolved quickly.
Hello, I'm receiving an unknown error instead of the excluded credentials error when using the "Save on another device" option for Passkey creation.
When creating the ASAuthorizationPlatformPublicKeyCredentialProvider request to pass to the ASAuthorizationController. The excludedCredentials property is used to add a list of credentials to exclude in the registration process. This is to prevent duplicate passkeys from being created if one already exists for the user.
When trying to create a duplicate passkey using the same device, the ASAuthorizationControllerDelegate method authorizationController(controller, didCompleteWithError:) is called. The error received has localized description “At least one credential matches an entry of the excludeCredentials list in the platform attached authenticator."
When trying to create a duplicate passkey using the “Save on another device” option. The delegate method is called, but the error received has code 1000 ("com.apple.AuthenticationServices.AuthorizationError" - code: 1000). Which maps to the unknown error case in ASAuthorization error type.

When implementing Sign In with Apple I created an App ID and a Service ID for my app. I didn't configure the Server-to-Server Notification URL properly there and token revocation didn't work.
Later on I updated the url config and the name of the identifiers. However, when I Sign in with Apple in my app I still see the old identifier name in my iPhone Settings->Apple Account->Sign in with Apple. I would assume that if the name doesn't update, the configuration doesn't update either.
I'm using automatic Xcode signing, I have deleted all the profiles locally, cleaned project, bumped versions, waited for a week, nothing worked.
Token revocation for account deletion doesn't work properly I would assume because of the initial misconfiguration. I want to mention that this is working fine for my development build (another bundleID, AppID, ServiceID)
What am I missing here?
