I think i fixed it. I think the problem was there is a new page which is "appstoreconnect.apple.com/business" but apple was redirecting me to agreements page which is "appstoreconnect.apple.com/agreements"

I'm experiencing exactly the same situation. My currency was TRY for a few years and i've started to use a US bank account in USD a few weeks ago. Right now there are two currencies in my payments page. I didn't receive any payments. I wonder what will happen to my TRY balance.
