I think i fixed it. I think the problem was there is a new page which is "appstoreconnect.apple.com/business" but apple was redirecting me to agreements page which is "appstoreconnect.apple.com/agreements"

I'm experiencing exactly the same situation. My currency was TRY for a few years and i've started to use a US bank account in USD a few weeks ago. Right now there are two currencies in my payments page. I didn't receive any payments. I wonder what will happen to my TRY balance.

im actually thinking to leave apple after all the years i have invested in xcode-objc, swift. it's just, i feel like, they are not worth all the pain anymore...

i have just sold one app to germany. app price is 1$. my proceed is 0.36$. so much VAT in EU! i know apple will lower their cut to %15 in 2021 but it should be between %7-%5 at some regions.

I'm on Big Sur beta10 and xcode12 beta1. Removing "debug executable" tick in run-debug scheme page fixed it for me. You can get there by Product->Scheme->edit scheme...
