@DTS Engineer I am experiencing the exact same ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING issue. Cannot submit builds for external TestFlight review and cannot install builds as an internal tester — "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist." All agreements, banking, tax forms are Active. App Privacy published, Age Rating completed. Tested across builds 15, 16, and 17 (version 1.0.0 and 1.0.1). 422 error confirmed in browser console.
