Yes I'd pressed that on each version to get it submitted. Weirdly, the thing that triggered it to work, was moving the yearly subscription above the monthly subscription on levels. Only took me 2 weeks to figure it out :D

Yes multiple times. Re entered names etc. deleted and retried. Now the status has changed to prepare for submission instead of ready to submit without me touching it. Very confused.
