Hi, I have the same situation. Apple sent me this email when I submited my app: "On average, 50 percent of apps are reviewed in 24 hours and over 90 percent are reviewed in 48 hours. Once we've completed the review, your app's status will be updated and you will be notified." I opened 2 App Review status cases as well, no reply yet. With google in the play store 0 problems I have my app available yet.
