When attempting to submit our application for review, I encountered an error message that does not specify the actual cause of the failure. Since the error message provides no indication of the underlying issue, I am unable to identify what is preventing the submission. Could you please advise what should be done? Noting that all app information is accurrate and filled and this is the first time I face such an issue.

I have ceated a new version, and the status of it is "Prepare for submission", is there a way to delete it, kindly check the attached image.
