Same issue here on macOS. Version 3.2.0 (English U.S.), 10 Mac screenshots stuck in processing since yesterday evening. The placeholders never finish, Delete All is disabled, and Add for Review says "There are still screenshot uploads in progress." Tried: hard reload many times, sign out and back in, Safari and Chrome, Media Manager. Nothing clears them. The files are 2880x1800, sRGB, 8-bit, no alpha. I have also opened a support request. Is there a way to reset the stuck uploads on your side?
