Quick update: I resubmitted on October 28 after fixing the in-app purchase issue (IAP and subscription screenshots added, and both attached to the version). It has been 6 days and the status is still "Waiting for Review", with no new messages. I have also submitted a new expedited review request for this resubmission. Thank you for the quick review last time! Update: the review found an issue with the in-app purchase configuration. I fixed it right away and resubmitted the app on Oct 28. It has now been about two days and the submission is still in "Waiting for Review" with no new messages.
