Same here in 2023; it's been more than a week since uploading, and it's stuck in processing. No error message or other clues to solve.

I'm having the same problem and have done some research to find this document. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/storekit/in-app_purchase/original_api_for_in-app_purchase/persisting_a_purchase. Does that mean for non-consumable products we have to manage their receipts manually?
