Same issue here with a newly activated account (membership activated Jul 6, 2026). Beta review submission fails with ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING (both via web UI and the ASC API) Internal testers get "the requested app is not available or doesn't exist" in TestFlight Free Apps and Paid Apps agreements both show Active in Business > Agreements Builds are VALID; beta review details complete Uploading a new build did not help Team ID: 996D5YYWMR. Support case ID: 102935263325. Hoping Apple can re-provision the beta contract on the backend.
