Thanks for the suggestion. In this case the subscription group and products already exist and are currently in “Waiting for Review.” The issue is that the App Store Connect documentation states subscriptions should be attached to the app version via “Select In-App Purchases or Subscriptions.” However, that section/Add button does not appear on the version page, so the build enters review without subscriptions attached and StoreKit returns no products. Hi, thank you this is much appreciated. I have reached out via the support links within App Store Connect 3 times already spacing multiple days with no reply and additionally have replied within the submission thread inside App Store Connect to which no-one has addressed my queries which is why I came here. It appears I have received automatic responses based on the key words within my queries and I need someone to actually review the issue.

From my research, it appears to be a common problem but unfortunately for over a week now all of my replies in App Store Connect and contact attempts through support have had the same generic response to just attach them on the version page. So I have been stuck in a loop unfortunately, I hope this can be recognised and resolved for yourself as well and for all those moving forward who would encounter the same roadblock.
