From my research, it appears to be a common problem but unfortunately for over a week now all of my replies in App Store Connect and contact attempts through support have had the same generic response to just attach them on the version page. So I have been stuck in a loop unfortunately, I hope this can be recognised and resolved for yourself as well and for all those moving forward who would encounter the same roadblock.
