Hello. I'm working on an app that contains apple's in-app purchases. i went to agreement, tax and banking section to to agree on the paid apps agreement. I provided apple with the passport image, birth city, and set no for if I'm a company, and finally the status changed to verifying. two days after, i went to check on the status again, and found the status changed to "Pending User Info". so, what should I do? Should I re-submit the passport again?

Best regards, App Store Review ) and rejection reason : OTHER I’m already submitted an ticket but no answer! can anyone say me what’s the reason of rejection? thanks
