I am experiencing this exact same thing today. I tried to upload my app, it shows error. I tried uploading again and it starts telling me name is in use, sku is in use, bundle id is in use. I continue trying to upload and now i am getting this error "The operation couldn’t be completed. (IDEFoundation.DistributionAppRecordProviderError error 0.)"
