@Etresoft I mean you are right about the aspect of whom belongs smarden to. But the thing is there is no one having a trademark or copyright on that name. Nor me nor the others. So they falsly accused that I vioalted name rights. That shows me they did search for that name, but did not check if there is a trademark or registered copyright.
