Hi @farhadarjmandf, have you get any update after your appeal? or sadly your app got removed? I am facing a similar issue, my app is fully based on Canada, and on my recent update I got the same notice and I was asked to remove my app in 14 days... just wanted to see how it went with you app

Thank you for your prompt response. I am eagerly awaiting contact from a representative. As mentioned, I am willing to provide any necessary documentation to verify that my app is based in Canada and make any required changes to comply with Apple's guidelines.
