Having the same issue! They have been rejecting our app because it "doesn't match the App store screenshots" when they are exact screenshots of the app. When pressed, they won't reveal what they find different! Completely nonsensical. They kept harassing us to implement Apple sign in for months too even though as an enterprise app we are not required to have it.
