Reported this bug in the Apple feedback assistant as well. This issue is also happening with voiceover as well. It’s really super annoying and I’m a developer beta tester. This is why I submitted my bug report in both the developer forms and feedback assistant.

A workaround I found for the bug is turning off your iPhone, wait a little while and then turn it back on again. Deleted all applications and that seemed to stop my iPhone SE 3 from randomly restarting. hope this workaround can help you.
