Hello, When it comes to two factor auth, you don't necessarily have to have access to a mobile phone as you can add more numbers to the Apple ID which can be used for 2 factor auth. You could also add your company's landline phone number. So everyone who has access to your office phone could use the 2 factor auth. Maybe that helps...

Same problem here since last week. Still isn't fixed until today and I can also confirm that interrupted purchases isn't enabled for my sandbox Apple ID. Can someone confirm if Apple is already working to fix it? Thank you so much!

Hi guys, I found a solution: All the sandbox users that I had setup at https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/access/testers had another App Store country/region setting (not USA). Then I created a new sandbox tester user with App Store Country/Region setting to "United States". Also I did NOT click the verification link from the verification email that you receive after adding a new tester I signed out from the previous sandbox tester account on my iPhone (Settings > App Store > Sandbox Account > Sign out) Then I started the app again that I wanted to test, I started the in-app purchase, signed in using the new sandbox tester data and was able to complete the in-app purchase without receiving the "Terms and Conditions" prompt. Btw: I was not testing using TestFlight. I created an IPA-File in Xcode and airdropped it to my Phone.

Hello, I have the same issue. It works fine with one-time in-app purchases, but when I test a non-renewing subscription using my sandbox tester account I get the same message and can't complete the purchase. So testing is impossible :-( Does someone has a solution? Thank you so much!

Update: My previously postet solution only works with one-time in-app purchases, but when I test it with a non-renewing subscription I get a prompt: "Ask Permission" "A request to buy ... will be sent to your parent or guardian". (the sandbox tester has a birth date in 1960 so I'm wondering why Apple thinks it's a child account) So I can't complete the purchase and testing is impossible :-( Does someone has a solution?
