My app submission for Quotify has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" for multiple weeks. Phone support is currently greyed out on my developer portal ("Due to high call volumes, phone support is temporarily unavailable") across these topics. Because I have multiple open support tickets across both App Review and Membership/Account, I am unable to request a call or progress the review. Could an Apple Forum Staff member please check if there is an internal compliance check, identity lock, or backend queue freeze connecting these open cases that is preventing my app review from proceeding?
