Reply to In-App Purchase Localization stuck in review for 2 weeks — customers blocked from purchasing.
Thank you @AppStoreConnect! We still have an issue with our Lifetime Access non-consumable IAP (com.onenest.app.founding100lifetime) being rejected due to Guideline 3.1.1 — the review notes say our business model has changed by adding a non-consumable to our existing Auto-Renewable Subscription app. We have submitted build 1.0.13 with the Lifetime Access option visible on the paywall, correct pricing, localization, screenshot, and Family Sharing enabled. It has been rejected twice with no specific notes. Our monthly and yearly subscriptions are approved and working. Can you please help escalate this IAP review? 🪺

Good morning, I wanted to follow up on the Lifetime Access IAP (com.onenest.app.founding100lifetime, Apple ID: 6762695973) which has been In Review since Tuesday evening. Build 1.0.14 is also Waiting for Review. Could you please provide a status update? Thank you.
