We're also experiencing this. Ours is a mature B2B application. "Waiting for review" since 13th February. It is unusually long this time around and it's starting to really interfere with our release schedule

Don't have much to add in the way of resolution but wanted to report this happening to our application as well (via the Firebase SDK).
