However no email with specifics has been received here - the last contact was Jun 29th saying that the issue would be escalated to Senior Advisor team to further escalate (ticket number is 102922985821) The first build in the screenshot above has now been stuck for 2 months, and our dev support ticket has now been open since June 23rd.
