Hi. There is no rule for that. I don't think so. I don't remember it affect in my case, and i submitted several apps. You're not the only one with that problem. I think, you should wait, just like everybody. I know it's embarrasing, but Apple is the boss. What can we do..? Regards.

There is a bigger problem. I'm still waiting about a week. I rejected submission, then sent it once again and - the same situation. I really don't understand why it take so long. On Google Play Console submission takes about 10-15 min.
