My first app and I am just as frustrated as everyone else. First submission: 5th Oct, rejection within 2 hrs, manifest related, fixed and requested review within an hour. 4 hours later, rejection, request for a video walkthrough (it’s a Git utility app), which I submitted within a few hours. 15th Oct still nothing, then I noticed a note on App Store Connect saying I needed to accept an updated agreement (uder Business section) and no apps would be reviewed until. Seriously? No email about that? Agreed to the updates and got my next rejection within about 3 hrs - I need to tweak my subtitle. Did that within the hour; however, after I updated my subtitle, somebody used the test credentials I included for the evaluation (like 2 hrs later, I received a 2FA email) which was odd as the app was, and still is, in awaiting review. Nothing since, Sent email to support on 19th Oct, no response, no progress, no obvious account or app issues.

Same situation as me, my app is stuck. However, I noticed around the 15th Oct that there was an updated business agreement in App Store Connect. I had to re-agree to that, which was pausing my submission. No communication that it was blocking, but it stated (somewhat subtly for a newbie like me) that my submission was on hold until actioned. I did that, had a quick 2hr turn around to say there was an issue with my subtitle (which I updated immediately) and well its been stuck in awaiting review again since then.

I'm currently going through my first app submission (submitted Oct 5th) and to be honest, this system is poor. However I can share something that got me (and annoyed the hell out of me) - Check your agreements under AppStoreConnect / Business - There was an updated agreement on mine after my last update (I received NO comms on it) and until I went through and actioned it, my submission was on hold unbeknown to me. My review then needed a tweak to the subtitle and that was like 2 weeks ago, still in awaiting review. No replies to support tickets either.
