I'd recommend HostColor.com They aren't that big, but the good thing about small to medium companies like them is that you can get Managed Cloud hosting at reasonably low monthly costs and most importantly free technical support. Azure or AWS's technical support starts at around $100 per month. So, avoid the large cloud providers, unless you have a cloud-native app.
