Same sequence: builds across multiple apps expired far earlier than 90 days, and every build uploaded since fails to install. My error string differs slightly — Console shows failureReason: Error Downloading Install Data, terminalReason: 1, fullError: (null) — but it may be the same underlying failure. A sysdiagnose taken immediately after a failed install shows MobileInstallation is never invoked: no entries for my bundle ID anywhere in mobile_installation.log, while App Store installs of other apps on the same device succeed minutes earlier. The payload never reaches the device. Reproduced on two devices, two Apple IDs, Wi-Fi and cellular, fresh builds across multiple apps. Certificate valid and freshly installed, membership active, availability all regions.
