I’m experiencing the same issue. After the login bug some of my users were experiencing, macOS was approved almost instantly without me having to do anything (even the other platform took only 15 minutes). For iOS, I waited 72 hours, but nothing happened. I then requested an expedited review, but still didn’t get any response. I just withdrew the submission and resubmitted it. Hopefully it works this time.
