Update: resubmitting got a fast response, but it was a Guideline 5.6 rejection with no detail on what was found. Three messages in Resolution Center, no reply. Heads up for anyone in the same spot: once you resubmit, that thread closes and you can't post there anymore. I audited the binary myself, found mistakes of my own, fixed them, resubmitted 28 August. Ten days later: still "Waiting for Review". Two support cases, no answer. macOS from the same codebase was approved the same morning.

I’m experiencing the same issue. After the login bug some of my users were experiencing, macOS was approved almost instantly without me having to do anything (even the other platform took only 15 minutes). For iOS, I waited 72 hours, but nothing happened. I then requested an expedited review, but still didn’t get any response. I just withdrew the submission and resubmitted it. Hopefully it works this time.
