Sorry I made a mistake, Our issue didnt solve

Unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved, and our application is still in “Waiting for Review.” We understand that 48 hours may sometimes be normal; however, the delay is continuing and is now affecting our commercial launch. We would still appreciate guidance or assistance from Apple regarding the prolonged review timeline.
