Same issue here.

I've had a submitted app in the same situation. Had two apps published earlier this year, each took under 72 hours from submission to review to approval. This one was submitted June 5 and has been stuck in waiting for review. Submitted an expedited review request on June 9th with no word from apple since. Called Dev Support who stated its progressing along the queue as expected and to be patient. That was a week ago with nothing further since.
