I submitted an update to my app on August 3, but it’s still stuck in “Waiting for Review”. I also contacted Apple Support, but haven’t received a response yet. I’m wondering if this is a global issue or if it’s affecting Europe specifically. My Apple Developer account is registered in Europe.
