We’ve had an Apple Developer account for many years and have multiple apps published under it.
Our Developer Program membership recently expired, and the apps were removed from the App Store.
The problem is that there is now no visible way to renew the existing membership.
When signing in to the Apple Developer website, instead of a Renew Membership option, the account only shows:
“Join the Apple Developer Program”
If we click Enroll, we get this error:
“Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.”
So the account is clearly still associated with the existing Developer Program membership, but there is no renewal option anywhere.
In App Store Connect, the same Apple Account is listed as the Account Holder, and App Store Connect shows:
“Developer Program Membership Expired”
Has anyone experienced this before?
Is there any way to force the renewal option to appear, or is this something only Apple Developer Support can fix on their side?
This is fairly urgent for us because one of our apps is actively used by existing customers to control our hardware products.
