I'm experiencing the same. A workaround for me though was downloading the App Store Connect app on my iPhone and editing the Test Details through there by: clicking on the desired app > TestFlight - Build Activity > Recent builds - click on the desired build > click three dots in the upper right corner > Edit Test Details!
