I am experiencing the same. I’m also on about my fifth round of back and forth with the App Review Team and I’ve now been waiting 8 days since my last review. It’s super frustrating. I completely understand that the App Review Team is busy and has a lot of apps to review. However, if the reality is that reviews can take days or even weeks, then Apple should reconsider communicating the 24–48 hour review timeframe. That expectation is what makes these waiting times especially frustrating. I’d much rather see a more accurate timeframe communicated upfront.

For additional context: I’ve been in contact with the App Review Team for over a month now trying to get my app launched. Whenever they request a change, I make it within a few hours, but then I have to wait several days and often more than a week for the next review. The current situation is particularly frustrating. Two weeks ago, my app was rejected for an Account Deletion issue. I made the requested changes immediately and submitted the screen recording exactly as instructed. After that, a different issue came up during review, which I also fixed. I then waited for the next review, only to have the app rejected again for the exact same Account Deletion issue, with the same message as two weeks ago. I have now been waiting 8 days for clarification.
