Thank you for your thoughtful response @Etresoft. The bigger question to resolve is "Has anyone had success after the delay?" if so, Did they change their approach or did time heal it?

Thank you for the post. If I understand correctly, the apps are likely not stuck in review, they are in backlog and eventually will get through without any other actions. I just didn't want to stand in line at the closed cash register!

I guess I shouldn't be concerned that ours is waiting review since 10/1. Hopefully, they get this backlog worked out soon.
