Hi Everyone. I had the similar issue and tried all the solutions provided in this thread one by one. For me it was a random issue. sometimes I was able to login and next time it show me the message "Failed to verify your identity". And I was not able to identify the correct reason. I used to singin with Apple Pass using my Apple device, The workaround that worked is changing your internet connection. I noticed I used to login with the 5G band connection and the error occured. this time I changed my wifi network to 2.4G and it logged in without any issue. despite failure 1 minute ago. Hope this will help someone.
