Hi, we've encountered similar situation, it blocked us for 3 weeks..... There are 3 places that show status: 1) ios app 2) app review 3) subscription. Firstly you need to ensure these status are consistent, if not, it means there might be something wrong with your submission, you can recreate subcription and resubmit.
