Thanks For the Response. Though this app will be in the Appstore it's meant for specific set of users in the organization not for public Usage. Even then does these rules. apply ? How do Enterprise app testing happen generally ? For example a Banking app do Appstore people test all the features ? I am new to this process. So need more Info on this. Specifically how does AppStore submission and approval of Enterprise apps happen?

Hello All, Talked to Apple support team. As per them this error will be generally thrown, when build number that we are giving is lower than the build which is there in TestFlight/Appstore. In my case my last build number was 10 i was trying to upload app with a number less than that, so got the above error during Validate App and Distribute App. Just check your previous build version in TestFlight and give Build Number greater than that the issue will be resolved. Update - I have tried this but it's not working :(

Yes i use Encryption my App comes under Second Category. What needs to be done to "Upload your French encryption declaration in App Store Connect". Faced same issue, In our case there were submitted apps apps to be submitted all disappeared only one app was there. Click on that single app which is appearing, you will navigate to next page where you see that apps details. In that page if you see the App name it is now a Dropdown, click on that you will find all your apps in that drop down list. This worked for me, Hope it will work for you also. Thank you.
