Support can't help me here. The same issue

I had this problem and how i solved it: Apple didn't like that I have address in Russia in apple id & Malaysian mobile phone number. Apple didn't tell me this. So, I just set russian mobile number and proceeded to payment.

Now i have the same issue =(

F*ck apple. They terminated my account after such message. No explanation why
