Hello, I am not sure that it will work. But in my case, first I updated my Xcode and power off my iPad to restart it And I disconnected and reconnected USB C cable a few times and then closed setting app and turnoff … finally it showed in the end.

In my case, it was connected to the removed app.

If you delete all of the subscriptions in each groups, you can see the delete button below.
