I agree, it's been pretty bad. Firstly, not sure if apps in the US and Europe are handled by different teams - unfortunately, the European team seem not very well equipped. We received a rejection on 'features' that we don't even have on our app. The other questions they've put make little sense and we were also asked to prove that we own our own content. A clarification request was submitted 3 days ago - no response whatsoever. Things have gone downhill with Apple, I'm afraid.
