I can also confirm it's probably related to iPad only apps. My app uses iPadOS only APIs so I cannot enable iPhone target. The major concerns is App Icon missing in App Store app affecting people discovering the app. My feedback is still open. Hope this bug can be resolved or there is another solution.

Having same issues. App Icon show up on device and under builds (Included Assets), but not visible in the App Store app on device or App Store Connect. Feedback: FB20338606
