Same issue here. I’m a non-US individual (German citizen) and the sole owner of a US single-member LLC (disregarded entity). App Store Connect only offers Form W-9, with no questionnaire and no W-8BEN option. I have not submitted the W-9. Case ID: 22955656 – opened October 18, 2026. @Apple Developer Support: could you please route these cases to the Tax/Finance team? It looks like a systematic issue for foreign-owned single-member LLCs, not an individual account problem. I’ll post here if I get it resolved.
