Same issue here. I have 8 screenshots uploaded under the iPad 13" display tab, Media Manager shows them all correctly, and the Save button is disabled (no unsaved changes), but “Add for Review” still says: “You must upload a screenshot for 13-inch iPad displays.” Has anyone found a fix, or heard back from Apple Developer Support about this? It looks like a bug on the App Store Connect side.
