Hello, how should I change the name with which the apps are signed, my first and last name appears but I want the name with which we make the apps to appear

Hello, I have been trying to upload an app for days and I always have problems ... now I get this and the screems, does anyone know how to solve it? 1 Performance: App Completeness Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness Your app or its metadata does not appear to include complete and final content.
