I’m experiencing the same issue. My app has remained in “Waiting for Review” much longer than expected. I have submitted multiple requests through App Store Connect Support and also called Apple Support. After waiting 3 hours and 4 minutes to speak with an adviser, I was told to contact the “correct channel,” even though I initiated the call directly through the contact option on the App Review Status page. The adviser explained that only the Developer/App Review team could check the status, but I still have not received a meaningful response. This is my first public App Store release. Has anyone recently received a response from Apple or had their app move into review?
